Country house in Minnesota, inspired by cozy English pubs

Although this Minnesota home was built for a young family with two children, the designers of Prospect Refuge claim that its interiors were inspired by the concept of English pubs. Historically, such establishments were cozy and comfortable community centers where neighbors gathered in large groups and had a good time. So in this house, there are several public rooms, including a billiard room with moody interiors in dark colors and traditional English-style furniture. Of course, there are modern touches and rooms with a more relaxed design in the interiors of this house too, but still the traditional spaces are the most expressive here. Enjoy!
