Lyceum is a unique project of the reconstruction of old abandoned buildings in Stockholm. In the middle of the last century, a research institute functioned at this place, but was soon closed and stood idle for some time. A few years ago, a local developer saw the potential in it and decided to convert it into a modern residential complex with spacious loft apartments. Almost all units here boast a luxurious ceiling height of more than 4 m, arched windows and interesting layouts. Today we have one of them – a stylish and bright apartment with a mezzanine and stunning black kitchen. Enjoy!
