During its life, it served as an outbuilding, a private house, a boarding house, a pizzeria and even a tobacco shop. In 2014, the building changed owners who decided to turn it into a holiday villa. And this is a very correct decision – because the terrace offers amazing views of the city and the sea. The interiors are designed in a modern Mediterranean style – there are many natural materials, traditional ornaments and a fairly diverse range of colors: from delicate beige to passionate red. To be honest, the main thing here is not even charming decor, but a picturesque terrace with a swimming pool and a dining area. Moreover, lemons grow right in the courtyard – one of the symbols of Sicily!
