This Malibu home is so wonderful thanks mainly to its past – it stands on the site of an old barn that was part of a large historic ranch. The cottage has a red wooden exterior, which is rare in this places where colonial and Mediterranean architecture is popular. Thanks to the barn architecture, the rooms in the house are very spacious, high ceilings give a lot of air and light. As for the interiors, the architects tried to preserve as much of the original decor elements as possible, harmoniously diluting the atmosphere with modern furniture. Beautiful!
