And while the home of designer Vanessa Alexander in Malibu is relatively far from the ocean, Californian relaxation and holiday mood are very well felt in its interiors. It was an old wooden cottage built in 1960, but Vanessa remodeled it beyond recognition, and now it is an exquisite modern residence with spacious interiors and incredibly beautiful grounds. According to the owner herself, the interior design was inspired by Belgian and Dutch country houses, and furniture and decor were collected all over the world. A very delicate and aesthetic project by a great master!
