This house with a large garden in Los Angeles was built back in 1890, in addition, its location is one of the best in the city – on a hill with panoramic views. But this is, perhaps, all the good that could be said about the home a few years ago – several unsuccessful renovations and extensions in the past made it unattractive and not practical for modern living. Local authorities even planned to demolish it, but the architect Patrick Bernatz Ward saw the great potential of this place and purchased it for his own residence. After a long and painstaking reconstruction, the house received a wonderful new life and cozy interiors. Enjoy watching!
